About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for 72h visa?

I arrive in shanghai at 22.00 9th of march and leave on 12 at 16.00. Should I wait for midnight 10th to apply for the visa or I can just enter shanghai?
I am from Shengen country.

Buddy, the Shanghai one is valid for six days, not three.
