About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

flights qualifies for 72 hours visa?

Hi, can you please advise if these two scenarios applies? airfare is going up and I'd like to lock either in, but uncertain if they are. many thanks. Juls

Flight 1 — Fri, Oct 10 — 7:10a — 11:55a - Manila (MNL) — Beijing (PEK)
Flight 2 — Fri, Oct 13 -12:55p — 5:55 - Beijing (PEK) — Manila (MNL
(Layover = change planes in Manila (MNL) = 4h 05m
10:00p — 8:00p - Manila (MNL) — San Francisco (SFO)

Flight 2 — Sun, Oct 15 -4:55a — 8:30a - Manila (MNL) — Shanghai (PVG)

Juls, sorry, but both scenarios are not eligible for the free transit. You need to apply for a visa for your trip.
