About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am traveling from Dalian to PEK and then to Frankfurt. I need switch form T3 to T1.

For this change u have only 2h and 45min. It is enough for?

It is a domestic to international transfer from T3 to T1 at PEK. Generally speaking, the mimimum transfer time is 2 hours 40 mins. Thus your time is a little bit tight. You need to finish those transfer procedures as soon as possible.
