Im a filipino from doha whos planning to book a ticket from Beijing to Vancouver and I have a 9 hours lay-over in Beijing, what should I do?

Um, you don't need to do anything if you aren't planning on leaving the airport. If you want to, however, you can apply for a temporary stay permit.
