About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

my route is U.S to Japan to Beijing to US. Can I get 72 hour visa free transit in Beijing?

I'm flying from Detroit to Japan, Japan to Beijing, and Beijing back to Detroit. Can I obtain 72 hour free transit in Beijing?

Yes, if your return flight is nonstop (I assume you're flying Delta).
