About:Marriage Registration in China

m getting married with a Guangdong girl,please help that What all documents need for Marriage visa?

You should provide those documents for Q type: your passport and its copy, a completed application form affixed with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your wife and copy of her Chinese ID card, and your marriage certificate.

Costa rica thanks for your reply, bothering you with few more questions. I am divorced and already get Single certificate from embassy in China. Do i need to change my marital status in passport also for marriage. if need to change , can get it change this in Guangzhou itself ? Can i work in China on this Q type ? Q type is for how long ?. thanks.

You need to change the marital status on your passport and you can change it in Guangzhou. You cannot work on a Q type. If you get Q1 type, you can get the residence permit in China and you will be able to stay in China for more than 180 days.
