About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

German coming from Dubai going to germany

We fly on a German passport coming in from Dubai and leaving 70h later to DUS, Germany. Are we eligible for a 72h transit visa?

As long as you don't tell us the transit city in China, nobody can give you an exact answer.
And there's no 72h transit visa, just a 72/144 h transit without visa.

You should be eligible for 144 hours TWOV. ... but I can't see any direct flights from SHA to DUS. So you should tell us the exact routing.
