but he is going to change his job very soon, so is't possible that we can apply the renewal application by ourself? I been checking on the gov website but I cant find any infos of renewal.

Ricola, he needs to cancel his current work permit first, and then his new employer needs to get a new work permit for him, after he can complete the renewal process on his own.
