I am arriving in Shanghai by air on March 21 and leaving on a cruise ship to Hong Kong on March 23.

Do I qualify for the 144 hour free transit visa?

Sheldon, if the last country you fly from is not HK, you will qualify for the 144 hour free transit in HK.
