About:China Visa

I am flying from Sydney to Shanghai and then on to Hong Kong.

I arrive in Shanghai at 6pm on Friday 10th March and will depart on Thursday 16th at 5pm. Do these times fit in with the calculations for the 144 hours visa. Thank you
