About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flight to Shanghai with stopover in Dubai

I plan to travel from Munich to Shanghai with Stopover in Dubai and backwards same route but with immigration in Dubai (stay there for one night).

Does this qualify for 144 visa free travel?

Sorry, I'm afraid you do not qualify because you stop over Dubai on both ways and it sounds like you enter Shanghai from Dubai and then travel back to Dubai.
