I have a belgium passport coming from dubai to guangzhou airport can  i get 144 hour transit visa my return ticket is also from guangzhou airport

Azar, if you will leave Guangzhou for Belgium or a country other than UAE, it's possible to use the 144 hrs free transit in Guangzhou.
