Is there any bus going from Hong Kong to Foshan? How long will it take for the trip?

You can take a direct bus to Foshan in many places in HK and it takes around 4h on the way.
You might give your location and I can tell you the nearest bus stop. :)0

You can take the direct bus at Mong Kok Shanghai Street Station. It is located at no.525, Shanghai Street, Shop 1, underground floor.0
