Can you use USD in Shanghai Pudong Airport? I am having a layover there on April.

As I know, you can use USD when shopping at duty-free shops at PVG. However, most restaurants, cafes and convenience stores only accept RMB. Don't worry. If you have enough time, you can exchange some RMB cash at the airport. :)
