About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Paris - Shangai - Hong-Kong

Hello,

I'm travelling from Paris to Hong-Kong transiting only 2 hours by Shanghai (I'll stay 3 nights in Hong-Kong). Do I have to ask for a specific visa for Shangai and/or Hong-Kong (free, 72 hours or other visa)? I have the French nationality.
