About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

under the 144 Transit Visa Free

I will travel 25 March 2017 from Dusseldorf to Paris, and the to Shanghai. 6 days later I will return 1 April. (Dutch passport). My wife (Swiss passport) wants to join me on this trip and wants the same flight, Dusseldorf-Paris-Shanghai and back Sjanghai-Paris-Dusseldorf. Can she fall under the Free Transit?

No, after shanghai you need to transit onto a different country, the country can not be your home.
