About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Sydney - Hong Kong - Shanghai

If I leave from Sydney to Hong Kong direct flight then Hong Kong to shanghi for 4 days then direct flight back to Sydney do I qualify for a 144hr free transit visa?
