i intend to visit fenghuang after my business meeting in changsha.

Question

Reading from various comments, probably best is to take a flight from Changsha to Tongren Airport and then a bus to FH, and I only have 2 days and will need to leave on Monday, do you think I have time for Zhangjiajie ? Any recommendation where to stay in FH for one night.  After FH (if i dont do ZJJ) I will need to be in Hong Kong, is there a flight from Tongren to Hong Kong ? Thanks !

To be honest, two days are really tight to fully tour both places.  But if you wish, just hurry up and you can still have a quick visit. The direct bus from the ancient town to Zhangjiajie takes around 3.5h. There are many hostels or hotels in the town, so accommodation is not a problem. If you wanna directly go from Tongren to HK, I'm afraid no direct air route is available. I suggest you fly to Guangzhou first. Go to local East Railway Station and take a through train to HK. Or fly to Shenzhen, then take the subway to Luohu Border, pass the border you'll be in HK; there is subway line on the other side of the border, too.
