About:Guangzhou to Hong Kong Train

The stamp?

By taking this train, I am leaving China and entering HK. My question is, after I arrive at Hung Hom station is there immingration or a passport check there to give me the stamp that shows I left China?

Yes, there will be immigration check both before your boarding and after your arrival, so it says it is recommended to arrive at Guangzhou east station about 45min in advance.
