About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

do i qualify for 144 visa exception?

hi,

I am flying in to Hong Kong from Vancouver Mar 1st and staying there for 8 nights.
and then travel to Macau from Hong Kong for 2 nights.
I will then travel to Shanghai from Macau for 5 nights.
Lastly, i will return back to Vancouver on a direct flight from Shanghai on the Mar 17th.

Does this qualify for the 144hr transit exemption?
