About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I've got a London-Shanghai Pudong return and a Shanghai Pudong -Taiwan return ticket.

Hello,
I'll be arriving to Shanghai from London, leaving for Taiwan two days later, coming back to Shanghai a week later and leaving for London 5 days later.
Would I qualify for a 144 hr visa exemption?
