About:China Transit Visa

disembarking off a ship in Shanghai and going to airport same day

Do I need a transit visa, do I need to have anything ahead of time? thank you for your help

Tina, if you will enter Shanghai from Country A and then leave for Country B, you qualify for the 144hrs free transit policy. Bfore your arrival, you only need to tell the cruise company that you gonna use this policy.
