Transfer in Beijing and Guangzhou

I have a return ticket from Prague to Beijing, and then from Beijing to Manila (with a transfer in Guangzhou). Do I need a visa for this transfer, or not? I will have a student visa for China (1 entry, which I will use when entering to China from the Philipines). Thank you

Renata, if you stop in Beijing and Guangzhou for less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit; and then no visa will be needed.
