About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

How many 144 hour visa free stay in Shanghai is allowed in a gheiven period?

Hello,

I plan to fly from Sydney to Shanghai and stay for 5 days then fly to Japan and stay there for 2 weeks. Then fly from Japan to Shanghai and stay for 4 days then fly back to Sydney.

Are my two stays in Shanghai eligible for 144 hour visa free transit stay in Shanghai?

Frank, if you travel like that, you will be eligible for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai in both directions.
