Cruise from Shanghai to HK, please tell can we enter using 144 hours transit without visa program

we shall fly from Canada to Shanghai, stay for a night, then aboard Celebrity Millenium sailing on
March 25, two days at sea, and dock at Tianjin on March 28 to 30 ( two nights, 3 days.) , then to Korea, Japan , Taiwan and disembark in Hong Kong. The cruise is 14 days, can we use 144 hours transit without visa program. Thank You !
