Currently I am holding X1 student visa with multiple entries

Hello,
(duration: longer than 6 months period). For the first time, I needed to submit physical examination report to exit-entry bureau. I want to apply in China for the extension and get the same type of visa for the period that is more than 6 months long. My questions is: should I submit new physical examination report?

Usually, you may need to do the examination at International Travel Healthcare and Medical Center. You can confirm that with the exit and entry bureau.
