About:International Trains from/to China

I would like to know how to get from Huangguoshu Waterfall to xingyi

There are buses from Anshun to Xingyi which pass the waterfull, but not sure if you can catch it from halfway. Maybe it would be better to take a bus to Anshun first and then from Anshun to Xingyi.
