About:Business Hours in China

Do factories, customs, and EMS china still be open during Chinese New Year.

Hi just wanted to know, me parcel is waiting in a airport since yesterday waiting to get on a plane and come to the UK. I know Chinese New Year is coming up, but will it delay my order, and is it likely my parcel could get lost.

I heard EMS is still in service during Chinese New Year, but some customs may have a few days off.
According to your words, your parcel should have already passed the customs check and is waiting for delivery, so you should still receive your parcel without delay.
