hi.. i am pakistani student wants to go kazakhstan

Question

I have Chinese student visa and I am interested to Kazakhstan to meet my friends nd training so can I get online visa because from urumqi to Beijing it will take to much time to go nd it's so far..... Is there any possibility to get visa online,  if then what are the requirements thank you
