About:China Visa Exemption

Can a Portuguese citizen flight from Portugal and join a cruise ship in shanghai without visa ?

Julio, if you travel like Portugal-Shanghai (not more than 144 hours)-a third country or region instead of Portugal, you will be able to enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. No visa will be required then.
