where do we get free 144 hr visa

Hi , we are arriving on a cruise ship in Shanghai and then have a 2 night stay before flying back to UK do we qualify for free 144 hr visa and if so where do we get them?

If the cruise doesn't start from the UK, you are eligible for the 144h visa-free transit in SH.
You just need to show your passport and ticket with confirmed date and seat to UK at the check-in counter of the ship, the immigration station will guide you deal with the procedure.
