I'm bangladeshi, permanent residance of australia. do i need transit visa to visit sydney via HK

Hi, I'm Bangladeshi, currently residing UAE. I have permanent residency of Australia. And planning to visit Australia with my family via HK by Cathay Pacific airlines. I have a stopover on HK airport fro 4 hours.

Do I need a transit visa for transferring/connecting with my next flight?
