Should I move from California to Washingon state? DOB May 2, 1982.

My DOB is May 2, 1982, female. I have been working in my current company for about 4 years (in California). I am considering a great job opportunity in Washington state. Should I make the move? I'd be moving my whole family there (bringing my husband and 1-yr old son) if we decide to move.
