About:China Transit Visa

I need a visa? I'm going to India from canada

I have Indian passport and I have a 22 hours stay in Shanghai

Barinder, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai, so no visa will be needed.

Yes, you can as long as you apply for a free temporary stay permit at the airport after you arrive in Shanghai.
