Hi I live in Vancouver but hold an Indian passport. I'm going to be traveling from Vancouver to Delhi through eastern China airlines and I have 22 hours 50 minutes layover at PVG airport. Can someone please tell me if I need a transit visa for that? And if I need to book a hotel there, do I still need the same visa or not?Thank you.

No, you don’t need a transit G type for that because you will be able to use the 24 hour direct transit there.

No, you don’t need a transit G type for that because you will be able to use the 24 hour direct transit there.
