About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Cruise ship with stopovers before arrival at Shanghai

Boarding a cruise ship from Australia and the cruise ship stops at Vietnam, Hongkong and disembarks at Shanghai, and stay over in Shanghai for two days before flying back to Australia. Will that qualify for the visa exemption?
