You can take a ferry at Taipa Ferry Terminal. Here is the schedule: 11:00, 12:30, 14:00, 15:30, 17:30, 18:30, and 20:30.There are special bus lines from the airport to theterminal. Upon arrival at the airport, just follow the signposts and you can find the boarding points of the bus.
