Hello, I am wondering if you are traveling with the airlines for the whole trip. If yes, you don't need to collect and recheck in your baggage. When finishing the transfer procedure at the trandfer desk, present your boarding pass and the baggage tag receipt. The staff will help you with that. Getting around at CAN is not difficult. Although it is large, all guiding signs are very clear. Don't wory! For the information desk/center, I remmeber the girls speak simple English. At least pointing the directions will be achieved.
