flying to Tbilisi Georgia, stop over to Guangzou and Urumqi,

I have ph passport, will fly to Tbilisi, Georgia from Manila. I have a 2 hrs stopover at Guangzhou, before flying to Urumqi, and another 2 hrs layover before flying to Tbilisi. same route on the way back, but with stopover to Urumqi, Beijing and Guangzhou. all of it are less than 24 hours layover, so obviously, I will not leave the airport. do i still need to apply for a transit visa?
