Australian applying for Chinese visa in Tbilisi

Hello,
What's the process for applying for a Chinese visa in Tbilisi, Georgia? I'm travelling in Georgia but have time to apply here. Also is it possible to get longer than 3 mths to enter?

You need to get it at the Chinese embassy in Georgia by providing your passport, application form, recent photo, residence permit or visa for Georgoa, and round-trip tickets and hotel bookings. It's not very possible to get longer than 3 mths.
