Is there a price difference per Km besides initial starting price for Expo Taxis

I understand the normal cab starting cost is 14 RMB, and Expo Cab is 16 RMB. Is there a difference in fare for the expo cab or I am paying only 2 RMB extra for picking expo cab Vs normal ValksWagen cab
