Are there any cafes or restaurants in departure zone of terminals of Harbin Airport?

And the average price per dish?

Yes! Most restaurants and cafes have reasonable and acceptable prices. So don't worry. For example, you can go to Mactuch's Restaurant at Departure Area, 1F. In general, it costs CNY 30-50 per meal. Have a try! :)
