Hi. im going to KM 13-16 February 2014 with 3kids. Weather on 13-14feb2014/buy souveniur & hotel location

How is weather in KM? Best location/cheap price to buy souveniurs in KM and Hotel nearby.tq

The average temperature is around 6 to 20C during that time.
it is suggested to live near the Jinbi Square and for buying the souverniurs, it is suggested to go the Zhengyi Road to have a look.
