Guangzhou - six hour layover

We have a six hour layover and want to take a quick look at the city. Do we have to fill out the Temporary Stay permit? Do you know if it is a long process -- or can it be done in advance? We won't have a ton of time. Thank you

Cindy, yes, you need to apply for a temporary stay permit. It can be done in several minutes. You cannot have it done in advance.
