Hi! before I applied S1 Visa from philippines going to china..they here in china didn't approved it

so I get back in philippines after 1 month,,because me and my husband not yet married but we have baby already..they need marriage cert..they don't accept birth certificate of my baby..next I applied L type in the philippines,,only 1 month..how can I stay long or what type to applied with more than 3 months to stay in china..or what the best to apply because my baby was there in china, please help me..thanks
