About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

I have to organise a trip for my boss and my collegue to china...They are leaving on December 08th. I have the visa application form, filled in and signed and i have their pasport. Can i go in their place to the consulat (Bd souverain 400).. I have ticked following on his visa application form.
Occupation: business man (for my collegue i have ticked : other :employee)
Purpose : Tourism
Date of first possible entry to china: 2010-12-08
Your longest intended stay : I've filled in nothing, is it then valid for 1 month?
I ask for a normal procedure
Do we need to fill in section 4? or is this only in case if they stay for work or study in china?
Thanks for your reply

You need to write the "Your Longest Intended Stay in China" on the visa application, you can write 30 days.

You need to fill the section 4 or ask your boss and college fill the form in person, if your boss and collegue don't have contact in China, then you can write N/A for Name of Inviter, Contact or Your Relative in China.
