About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

IN PK CONSULATES(CHINA) THEY SAY WE CAN"T MAKE COMPUTERIZED PASSPORT.

on the basis of some details on the internet specially some answers given by some people,i tried to ask for the renewal of my Pakistani passport,actually i want it a computerized one..but they said we don't have this facility here.I am a MBBS student,and i have to go england and some other countries,as they ask for the computerized one..can you please tell me the brief detail of the renewal of passport in china and how?

You can get a computerized passport from your embassy in Beijing now. see details form the official website here http://www.pakbj.org.pk/Passport

Until first week of March 2013, Embassy had no arrangement to issue computerized passport. However, there was some news that in the end of March, staff and equipment will be installed..
