Yes, from the airport, you can take shuttle bus to get to Xian Hotel (No. 58, North Section, Chang'an Road) first. It takes around an hour on the way. It costs CNY 25 per person. After arriving, take a taxi to the destination. The cab fare is around CNY 9 in the day time.
