About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I want to know if I can change rmb to euro at Bank of China at Beijing Capital Airport?

rate is the same with in the city?

Yes, you can find the service counter of Bank of China on 4F of T3-C to exchange money. The rate would be the same with downtown area. :)
