HI I'm staying in a hotel by the airport but I want to get from there to a hotel in Huairou. How much would that cost?

You can take airport express to Dongzhimen at a cost of CNY25, then take bus no. 916 from Dongzhimen Transport Hub to Huairou Bus Station and the bus fare is CNY12. Upon arrival, you may take a cab to check in a hotel.If you take a cab for the whole trip, the fare might be over CNY300 and most drivers are not willing to go this far.
